Cool game, beat the developer when he released alpha 0.3

hey, I'm trying it out right now.
The nation text is showing in Russian language even though i set my language to English.
That's strange, language switching works for me :< Is all the text in the game in Russian, or only some parts while the rest is in English? (PC or Android?)
